NDIM successfully hosted the prelims of Anugoonj 2017, the Annual cultural fest of the GGSIPU for zone 5 at its campus. The 3-day schedule witnessed participation of around 500 students from across 30 colleges of Delhi-NCR. The prelims were conducted to hold contests in an array of colorful cultural, dramatics and literary events including street plays, quizzes, debate, Street Dance, Choreography, Nach Baliye, Classical Dance, Foot Loose and Folk dances, collage, clay modeling, cartooning, creative writing, poetry, on the spot painting, DJ war and Battle of bands. This 3-day extravaganza proved to be a platform for students to show their enthusiasm, creative skills and tremendous stage presence.

For all three days there were internal and external judges appointed to ensure a fair judgment and to select the best performers to be sent to the finals of Anugoonj.
