Dr. Bhatnagar has spent last 31 years in academics and 3 years in industry. She has research interest in the area of Marketing management, Service marketing, Consumer behavoiur, strategic management. She brings with her vast administrative experience in the capacity of Director, Dean, Principal and Head of the Department.

Before taking up the assignment with NDIM, Dr. Bhatnagar served as Director/Dean/Principal of Management institutes around Chandigarh. She was Chairperson of the Board of Studies of Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technologies, Baddi, and member of the Board of Studies of Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, GGSIP University, New Delhi, MDU Rohtak for MBA and BBA. Since beginning of career she is involved in teaching, research, designing syllabus, accreditation of institutes, conducting Faculty Development Programmes and Management Development Programmes, organizing national conferences, placements, summer trainings, live projects, cultural functions etc. Dr. Bhatnagar has published many papers in peer - reviewed Journals. She was awarded Teacher Day Award 2011-12 by Lions Club and Patel Memorial Management Society.

Dr. Singh holds his Ph.D from Agra University in Mathematics. He has a vast experience of around three decades out of which he has held the position of Director for around 10 years in various colleges of prestige. His areas of academic interests include Mathematics and Computer Science. He has to his credit IGNOU’s Mathematics course content which he has developed for students studying at different levels. Dr. Singh has been the resource person at various forums and has contributed significantly in various Govt. Projects including the HAMSGPS sponsored by the Ministry of Environment, GOI.

A Ph.D in management from B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra, she completed her B. Com and M.Com from Madras University, Chennai. She has worked with various prestigious institutions and has taught varied subjects of Management. With a vast experience of around 3 decades, Dr. Hemalatha is a very innovative teacher and has 20 research papers in reputed journals. Her areas of interest include Finance and Economics.

Dr. Saxena has an experience of 25 years in management education. He holds a Ph.D. in the area of Managerial Economics based over the IT Industry of India. He has been a software and web solution provider and has served in various Management institutes as Dean and Director for PG and UG courses in Delhi-NCR region. He has a specialization in teaching Economics and Information Technology. His research area is MIS and General Management. He has several national and International publications to his credit and has also attended various seminars and conferences.

Dr. Bipin holds a Doctoral Degree in Industrial Law and M.Phil. in Environmental Law. He is an expert in teaching subjects like Income Tax, Environmental Science and Law and Taxation at UG and PG levels. He is also an expert in International Law and Mass Communication. Dr. Bipin holds a membership of the Supreme Court Bar Association and National Commission Bar Association.

Professor Jangid holds a combination of vast industry and academic experience. He has worked as Management Trainee in Sandu Brothers (P) LTD., Mumbai, and as a Sr. Sales Executive in Instapower Ltd., New Delhi. He has a teaching experience of around 19 years. He has also served various management Institutes in New Delhi as a visiting professor. His areas of interests are Statistics, Operation Research, Production and Operation Management, Managerial Economics and Marketing Management.

Dr. Bhatnagar holds a vast experience of more than 15 years and has many articles and research papers to her credit. She has been associated with the Council of Scientific and Technical Terminology, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India for various assignments. She has to her credit a book on Entrepreneurship Development. Dr. Bhawna Bhatnagar has been teaching subjects like Micro and Macro Economics, Entrepreneurship Development, Business Environment, Managerial and Business Economics.

Dr. Hajela, is an Engineer who holds her Master's and Doctoral Degree in Management. She did her Graduation and Masters from Aligarh Muslim University. Her experience includes around 15 years teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate management students. She has worked with reputed management institute like Lingyas and ACME before joining NDIM.

Dr. Rathi is a Ph.D. in Marketing from Jiwaji University. She has a vast experience of 15 years in industry and teaching. Associated with brands like Lacoste, RPG, My FM, Honda etc., she has worked extensively in the field of Corporate-sales. She specializes in the area of Consumer Behaviour and Entrepreneurship Development. She is pursuing a Diploma program in corporate Training from ISTD.

She is an Associate Professor in the area of General Management. She has done her Ph.D. in "Personnel Management and Industrial Relations" from Utkal University, Orissa. She has over 15 years of teaching experience. She has13 Research papers to her credit and has reviewed a book on HRM. She has also supervised candidates at Doctorate level.

Mr. Shailendra holds a vast experience of around 14 years in teaching I.T. subjects like E-Commerce, DBMS, HTML, Computer Applications, C++, etc. He is an active member of the I.T. Lab upgradation committee at NDIM and has guided students on several I.T. related projects. He is currently pursuing Ph.D in the area of security in cloud computing. He has to his credit several research papers and articles presented and published at various levels. Mr. Shailendra holds an OCP certification from Microsoft.

She is an Assistant Professor in the area of finance. She is a Gold medalist in M.Com final year at Ranchi University. She holds an experience of 12 years in teaching. She is a highly motivated, organized and a versatile person with a passion for inculcating innovative methods of teaching.

Mr. Ankur is an MBA Gold Medalist from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. He is having an experience of over 12 years and is pursuing Ph.D from IGNOU in the area of Experiential Marketing. He has contributed many research papers in several seminars and conferences. Mr. Budhiraja has a strong inclination towards research and writing. He has to his credit a book on Entrepreneurship Development. He has been teaching disciplines like General Management, Marketing Management, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management and Strategic Management.

Ms. Komal holds a post graduate degree in M.Sc. (Computer Science) prior to which she completed her BCA from Kurukshetra University. She holds a vast teaching experience of around 12 years. Her areas of interest include Mathematics, Computer Applications and Data Science. She also has many papers published in research journals in the area of Computer Science. She has also worked with publishing houses in developing Science and Maths content.

With teaching experience of 11 years in management discipline, Dr. Shweta did doctoral research in management (behavioral finance), from Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida. Her areas of interest include Financial Management, Management Accounting, Financial Markets & Institutions and Research Methodology. Apart from teaching PGDM, MBA and BBA students, she has published and presented several research papers in various national and international journals, conferences and seminars. She has also attended FDPs and MDPs, conferences organized by CII (Confederation of Indian Industries), ASSOCHAM, GHRDC, RBI and QCI (Quality Council of India).

Dr. Rakhi has an experience of 11 years in teaching computer subjects to BBA, BCA and MBA students. She has also worked for NIIT as on-line expert for a US based University. She also has a work experience as guest faculty, and nodal computer faculty for imparting education as per curriculum of various universities.

Dr. Shilpi is an Associate Professor in the area of Economics. She pursued her graduation and Post graduation in Economics from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaja University, Kanpur. She obtained her Master's degree in Business Administration from Manipal University and completed her Ph.D from CJSMU, Kanpur. She has to her credit 2 books in the area of Economics. She has a teaching experience of over 11 years.

Ms. Manmeet has a rich experience of around 11 years in teaching at graduate and post graduate levels. Her major areas of interest include English & Business Communication, Language and Personality Development.

A Science graduate and post graduate in Computer Applications from Kurukshetra University, Ms. Aarti is an approved faculty from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She has a teaching experience of over 10 years and has hands-on experience on many projects in Java. She has been heading several cultural events over the years. Her areas of specialization are DBMS and MIS.

With a demonstrated history of working in the education industry having more than 10 years of experience, Dr. Shubham is skilled in research and lecturing. He is strong education professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Number Theory and Cryptography from Kumaun University, Nainital.

Ms. Nidhi holds an overall 14 years of experience in teaching General Management subjects. During her stay at the Institute, Ms. Nidhi has been recipient of many Chairperson’s Appreciation Awards. She has also published her papers in many journals and has been in association with apex bodies like, AIMA, IPU and many more. She is also looking after responsibilities at administrative front at the Institute.

Mr. Sunder is an Assistant Professor in General Management and Information Technology. His areas of interest include Principles of Management, Organisational Behaviour, Planning and Control, Web Technology, Search Engine and Database Management. He has many papers published to his credit.

Mr.Byas Mani Tripathi has done Masters of Computer Applications (MCA) and carries a vast experience of more than 15 years in corporate as well as in academics. His core interest areas are Planning & Maintaining of Network Infrastructure, Active Directory Structure on Windows, Linux, Apache, office applications and security software. He has also served in various reputed organization like Wipro infotech Ltd. and Amity University. He has many research papers published in national and international journal of repute.

Mr. Sunil is an Assistant Professor in the area of Management. He did his LL.B. from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. He has attended various National conferences and workshops and has 3 research papers published in reputed refereed journals. His areas of interest include Organizational Behaviour and General Management.

She is currently pursuing Ph.D from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam University in the field of Management. She has the teaching experience of 11 years in various Government and Non-Government institutions. She has been recognized for conducting the workshop catering the need of section officers by Ministry of Power. She has published and presented 4 research papers in various national and international journals and conferences/ seminars.

Mr. Dileep is an expert in the areas of Computer Science with a specialisation in IT Management, MIS, Java and Database Management. He holds a vast experience of around 10 years in teaching IT subjects to under graduate and post graduate students.

Ms. Deepti Gaur is M.Com from A.P.S. University, Rewa. She is NET qualified in commerce and has a vast teaching experience in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Portfolio Management & Management Accounting.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Asthana is an Assistant Professor in the areas of Human Resource Management and General Management. He has many International and National research papers to his credit. A wonderful researcher, Mr. Ashok is currently pursuing his Ph.D from ICFAI- Ranchi.

An Assistant Professor in the area of Computer Science, Ms. Kavita has an experience of more than 7 years in teaching computer subjects to BBA, BCA and MBA students. She is an expert on Software Engineering, Database, Data Structures, Operation Systems, Networking Concepts, Fundamentals of IT and MS Office. She has attended various national conferences and workshops and has 2 research papers published in reputed refereed journals. She has been conducting various Inter College /Intra College Events.

An Assistant Professor in areas of Finance and Marketing, Dr. Ritu has an experience of over 5 years in academics. She did her M.Com. from MDS University, Ajmer and M.Phil. and Ph.d from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. She qualified UGC-NET in the area of commerce and has many research papers to her credit. For the past 9 years, she has been teaching subjects like Accounting and Finance.

An Assistant Professor in the area of finance, Ms. Swati is an Engineering graduate in information technology from Rajasthan Technical University. She holds an experience of 6 years in teaching and 3 years in research and industry. She is highly motivated, organized and a versatile person with innovative ways of teaching.

Dr. Preeti Aggarwal is an Assistant Professor at NDIM. She is a Ph.D. from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and completed her MBA from MD University. She has also done M.Com. in International Business from IGNOU and PG Diploma in Taxation from Guru Jambeshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar. She has earned certificate programs in Financial Markets and Capital Market in National Stock exchange and AMFI Mutual Fund (Advisors) from Association of Mutual Funds in India.

Dr. Arti holds a Ph.D in Business Administration and has a total experience of 6 years in corporate and 6 years in academics of teaching students at the graduate and undergraduate students. She has to her credit a total of 9 publications.

Dr. Ankita has more than 6 years of academic experience in reputed management institutions. She has done her doctorate from renowned government University and is UGC-NET- JRF qualified in Human Resource Management. Dr. Ankita has many national and international research papers in her name published at various levels. She has also been part of many international MOOCs.

Ms. Sadhana Singh is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management. She is a passionate teacher and has an experience of 7 years in Management education. She is a university topper of both MBA and BBA and has qualified UGC-NET in the area of HR. She has published and presented papers at various national and international journals and seminars. She has mentored and guided many students pursuing MBA / PGDM/BBA for summer internship and research projects. Her teaching areas include Human resource Management, Human Resource Development, Organizational behaviour, Training & Development, Negotiation and Counselling, Team building and Leadership, Industrial Relations and Labor Management and General Management.

Ms. Pratibha Singh, a UGC-NET (JRF) qualified holds an MBA in Finance & HR from IP University, Delhi and PGCM in Finance from All India Management Association. Her areas of interest are Finance and Accounts. Besides doing well in academics, she has also been associated with Xchanging Technology Services Private Ltd. as a Process Associate and worked on processing the requisitions and invoices on UK based backend process using SAP software.

Ms. Manju, an Assistant Professor, has an overall 8 years of experience in teaching with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. Before joining NDIM, she has also taught at various management colleges in the areas of Managerial Economics and Mathematics.

She is a Graduate and Post Graduate in Mathematics. She has qualified CSIR-NET in Mathematics and her area of specialization is Pure and Business mathematics. She is an enthusiastic mathematician who has developed several mathematical puzzles and has a strong passion towards teaching and research.

Dr. Neha Raghav is a passionate faculty and holds a degree of Doctorate of Philosophy. She has been an University Gold medalist during her MBA and has got various awards for her fantastic academic orientation. She loves to write research papers on various emerging topics and have got many national and international publications. She comes with a diverse experience of teaching school and college students from last 7 years.

Dr. Saad Bin Azhar is currently working as an Assistant Professor at NDIM. Dr. Saad holds a doctoral degree from Aligarh Muslim University. Dr. Saad is an expert in teaching subjects like Marketing Management, Marketing Research, CSR, EVS at UG and PG level. He has also served various reputed management institutes like SMS Lucknow, IIMT, ITM as an Assistant Professor. He has organized and attended several FDPs, seminars, workshops and training programs. He has also been involved in active research and has several publications in journals of National and International repute.

A Ph.D from Aligarh Muslim University, Dr. Asma has a teaching experience of 2 years in the areas of Marketing and HR. She is a passionate teacher and has been guiding many Marketing projects of the undergraduate students.

Ms. Shaifali is an M.Com. from IGNOU with her areas of teaching interest in Accounts and Finance, Economics and General Management . She holds a bachelor degree in Education and is the recipient of the Indira Gandhi Award for the year 1999-2000.

Ms. Divya verma, an enthusiastic and versatile Accounts faculty who possesses hand on experience on Curriculum Development, Classroom Management, Student Management, Discipline Management, Student Assessment & Grading, and Counselling. She is well versed in teaching subjects such as Accounting-Financial, Cost, Management & Corporate, Financial Management, Marketing Management, and Sales Management. She has profound Knowledge of Accounting Standards, Corporate Finance, Corporate Law, and Partnership Law. A prolific thinker, who is able to handle highly competitive environment with multiple deliverables, always keeps abreast of advancements in the field of Accounting & Commerce.
