In this dynamic and competitive business scenario, we at NDIM believe in continuous evaluation and assessment of the students through a continuous industry interface.
NDIM has a tie-up with over 500 MNCs and FIIs who work with the students throughout the academic sessions and during the summer training sessions. We not only provide a strong industry interface but also train them to compete in the business world through regular live projects.
NDIM holds successful record of facilitating summer training in companies like BHARTI AXA, ICICI BANK, AIRTEL, NESTKEYS , SHAREKHAN, PARLE G to name a few. This is done through four pronged strategy where there are in place:

Active placement cell
It comprises of top and eminent luminaries of corporate world, who assist the students in perceiving the nuances of business dealings. The cell is involved in working through out for maintaining good internship/placement record which we have achieved since inception. It is supported by active placement committee members who have rich industry experience and valuable linkages in the corporate world.
Continuous evalution and monitoring
The cell takes care of the continuous evaluation of the students to develop their personalities as business leaders of tomorrow. In the period of three years apart from the regular curriculum and syllabus, we also focus on the evaluation of various personality traits, so that they can be imparted training according to the areas of deficiency. This gives us the focus to understand the specific needs of each and every student and accordingly we make them ready for industry.
Live projects and workshops
The students on the basis of their performance then go through a vigorous interface with the industry through various expert interactions, small live projects and industry integrated lectures. Keeping in mind the specific requirements of the Industry, mandatory workshops in personality development have been introduced in the curriculum in which students are trained for public speaking, presentations, and self assessment exercises.
Summer trainings are an integral part of the curriculum wherein the students have a hands-on training in simulated business environments. These internships finally prepare the students to comprehend how the business houses work. It conditions the students to unravel the business environment and mentors them to decipher the operations of the business world.
