  • Social media marketing: a potent tool for effective advertising.

Today business owners and managers are required to make decisions and solve problems of the organisation quickly. The rapidly changing internal and external situation is constantly creating new constraints, options and success criteria. Organisations can no longer rely on ‘gut instinct’ and precedent for creative and effective ideas and solutions. As an entrepreneur, being the boss you have to deal with a host of people over whom you have little or no control. The success of the business depends on how skilfully you manage them. You might have arrived at your own style of managing each task through trial and error. But are you entirely happy with the way you are managing them now? Are you successful in all directions – upward, downward, and sideways? Would you like to review them systematically and refine them so that you can achieve your goals and expectations? Every successful manager and entrepreneur needs a broad variety of skills—general business, organizational, technological, communication and leadership. They need to be familiar and comfortable with latest concepts in finance, marketing, human resource and information technology.
