With the commencement of every new session of BBA course from IP University, a grand orientation program is held with the aim of welcoming the new entrants. The event begins with a pious ‘Puja Ceremony’ followed by introductory sessions and some management games. This year also the new BBA entrants were welcomed in a grand way through the orientation ceremony held on August 17 & 18, 2015. The event included an array of celebrations, inspirational talks and team activities where in students were also told about:

• Rules and regulations of IP University & the institute.
• Different cells of the institute and their working: - cultural cell, environment cell, sports cell and personality development cell etc.
• Course curriculum and the examination pattern of the University.

Along with this, Dr. Sanjiv Mittal, Senior Professor, GGSIP University, Ms. Vinita Nangia, Senior Editor, Times Group and Mr. SubhashJagota, a motivational Guru and a renowned Management consultant were invited to address the students and inspire them to begin with this new venture of their lives with dedication, devotion and duty. Further, a full-fledged presentation about the institute followed by library rules, computer lab policies was delivered to the students. The students then participated in various management games which were hosted by their seniors under the supervision of faculty members. At last, the new entrants were given refreshments bringing a joyous end to the day.
